ASTERIS Labs develops and maintains proprietary decision governance systems, diagnostic methodologies, and archetypal frameworks. All intellectual property described on this page is owned by My Cosmic Message Pty Ltd (ABN 30 652 358 159), trading as ASTERIS Labs.

Protected intellectual property

The following systems, names, methodologies, and frameworks are the proprietary intellectual property of ASTERIS Labs:

Core systems: The ASTERIS Decision Governance Stack, the Pantheon Layer (archetypal governance framework), the Hell Events Taxonomy (nine-domain business failure mode classification), the FORGE Diagnostic Engine, and the Business Heartbeat Audit (BHA) methodology.

Archetypal forces: The specific operational definitions and governance applications of THOTH (truth/measurement/record), RA (sovereignty/creation/leadership), HELIOS (witness/verification/oaths), NAVIGATOR (choice under uncertainty), IMHOTEP (structure/articulation), HATHOR (idea generation/resonance), GOLD DRAGON (boundary enforcement/IP protection), KAIZEN (continuous improvement), and MERLIN (strategy/long-game) as used within the ASTERIS governance system. These operational definitions are distinct from historical mythological references.

Methodologies: The sovereignty installation process (Detect → Constitute → Install → Transfer), the Decision Constitution framework, the verification protocol system, and the decision memory architecture.

Product names: ASTERIS™, FORGE Terminal, FORGE Diagnostic, FORGE Full Report, Founder License, Claude Whisperer, Proto SEO, Orion Web Service, and YCV Web Design by Asteris.

Content: All written content, diagnostic questions, scoring frameworks, report templates, and educational materials published on asterislabs.com and delivered through our services.

Permitted use

You may reference ASTERIS Labs and our published methodologies for the purposes of discussion, review, or commentary, provided such use includes appropriate attribution and does not reproduce substantial portions of our proprietary content.

Clients who have purchased our services receive specific usage rights as defined in their service agreements or our Terms of Service. Client deliverables (reports, constitutions, governance documents created specifically for the client) are owned by the client upon full payment.

Prohibited use

Without prior written permission from ASTERIS Labs, you may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our proprietary systems, frameworks, or methodologies; create derivative works based on our diagnostic tools, governance models, or archetypal frameworks; use our brand names, product names, or trademarks in a manner that implies endorsement or affiliation; scrape, copy, or systematically download content from our website; or use our proprietary content to train artificial intelligence models.

Mythological references

ASTERIS Labs uses mythological and archetypal names (Thoth, Ra, Helios, etc.) as operational codecs within our governance system. Our intellectual property claim applies to the specific operational definitions, governance applications, and systematic frameworks we have developed — not to the historical mythological figures themselves. Historical and cultural references to these figures exist in the public domain. Our specific governance implementations do not.

Enforcement

ASTERIS Labs actively monitors for unauthorised use of our intellectual property. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for infringement, including injunctive relief and damages under Australian intellectual property law.
