How We Install
From diagnostic to sovereignty transfer
Four phases. Clear deliverables. We build the governance system inside your business, transfer full ownership, and leave. The infrastructure stays. We do not.
The principle
Most consulting engagements create dependency. The advisor becomes essential. Knowledge stays in the advisor's head. When the engagement ends, the clarity ends with it. ASTERIS is built on the opposite principle: we design ourselves out of the engagement. Every phase moves toward a moment where you no longer need us.
Detect
Map the failure modes. See what you cannot see from the inside.
The first phase is diagnostic. We run the Business Heartbeat Audit across all 9 Hell Events, map your governance gaps, and produce a scored assessment of where your decision infrastructure is strong, weak, or absent.
Constitute
Build your decision constitution. Define who decides what, when, and how.
The second phase takes your diagnostic results and builds the governance architecture. This is where decision rights, cadence, verification protocols, and decision memory systems get designed and documented. The output is your Personal Decision Constitution: a written system tailored to your business, your team, and your operating rhythm.
Install
Put the system into operation. Active support through the transition.
The third phase is implementation. The constitution gets installed into your daily operations. Decision rights get communicated to the team. Cadence gets built into the calendar. Verification protocols get tested and refined. This is the phase where theory becomes practice.
During installation, you have active support: regular check-ins, troubleshooting, refinement of protocols that do not fit, and coaching through the transition from instinct-based to infrastructure-based decision-making.
Transfer
Full sovereignty transfer. The system is yours. We leave.
The final phase is sovereignty transfer. Active support transitions to email-only support. You run the system independently. We are available for questions but no longer involved in operations. The governance infrastructure is fully inside your business, operated by your team, evolving through your own improvement cycles.
This is the test: if the system requires us to be in the room, it is not governance. It is consulting. The transfer phase proves the system works without external dependency.
Entry points
You do not need to commit to the full installation to start. The FORGE products (Terminal, Diagnostic, Full Report) give you Phases 1 and 2 independently. If the diagnostic confirms you need full installation, the Founder License picks up from where FORGE left off. No wasted work. No starting over.
Start with the diagnostic
The free terminal takes 3 minutes. The full diagnostic is $750. Both give you clarity before you commit to anything.
